Biodentine stimulates the migratory and biological responses of human gingival fibroblast

Introduction: Biodentine (BD), a dentin substitute, is currently used to treat external cervical root resorption, but its effects on gingival fibroblasts (GFs) are not fully known. Objective: To investigate and compare BD MTA (mineral trioxide aggre-gate) in terms of proliferative, migratory, adhesion human pulpal cells. Material Methods: Cells were incubated directly the surface disks. Adhesion (4 24 h) proliferation (3, 5, 7, 14, 21) evaluated with crystal violet MTT assays (n=9 X each group).
